Powell Industries, Inc is a family owned managing company that operates payday advance stores in Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee. The store names are Family Check Advance, Tennessee Check Advance and Volunteer Check Express. Being in the business since the late 1980's we strive for customer satisfaction and a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. We go from the boot heel of Missouri to McComb Mississippi. Wherever you are, we are just around the corner.

Also run by the family is Powell Development. We presently own and operate 3 state of the art, high efficiency, clean and safe laundries in Jackson, Humboldt and Ripley Tennessee. With May Tag front load washers with capacities from 22 to 80 pounds and May Tag dryers with capacities from 20 to 75 we have just about all of your washing and drying needs covered. 

Powell & Company a retail sales business is in the process of opening "So Stinkin' Cute" a children's clothing and gift shop. It will be located in the Carriage House Antique Market and Cafe' at 195 Carriage House Drive Jackson, TN.  Come visit our shop opening June 1, 2012.
